As a bonus for a slight absence from the audience, Coffee_Me will introduce you two coffee companions. I only knew Cesare personally, I have been passing by the restaurant he works at and popped by to have coffee since the restaurant is Italian, how can one resist a good coffee. I had the pleasure of Italian hospitality and meeting the chef too. It was interesting to see how it is all being set up before the opening for lunch, so many preparations and details to be considered unless one is familiar with the job they’d know, as for me the one that is friends with catering business as a consumer was a moment of respect, admiration and gratitude.
is an amazing restaurant manager, like an amazing one, he takes care of you so nicely as if you are at home with your family, only in that case if your family is nice:)) Studied Electronics and dreamt to go to Australia. But somehow London turned out to be closer. London does has this tendency, to catch us in its nets, usually for love reasons! Cesare collects wine, I know of it but never seen the collection, wink wink! I prefer red!:) With love for job one does usually finds the way of demonstrating it, and on one of the occasions Cesare expressed it by creating the most expensive cocktail in the world that made to the papers .It was served for Grace Jones with some ingredients of alcohol that was made from the previous century of the century that I was born which isn’t the one we are living in and with vintage champagne and golden leafs stuff. For me an old gin and tonic combination is the best cocktail made, herbal and healthy, apparently:)

M-I-C-H-E-L-E – The Chef
It’s always such a great pleasure to meet people, because I love people. Meeting Michele was brief but also exciting as chefs are such mysterious persona’s they visualise their passion and vision in food and our taste buds are the admirers of their work.
Michele studied hospitality but his dream was to become an actor or a singer, the road of life leads him to a chef assistant job in a hotel. Few years later he starts working in Sandler Restaurant in Milan. While working there, the restaurante gets its first Michelin star. Congratulations, for chefs it’s equivalent to an Oscar for an actor or Nobel Prize for the Scientist, isn’t it?!
After Milano, next destination was Singapore where he lived and worked for some years, widening his horizons and skills. Upon his return to the Sandler’s restaurant, gets the second star. In a free time this happy looking person likes to dance:)

To be looked after by Cesare and to eat the food by Michele you can so in London’s restaurant Enoteca Turi. I have a feeling I have skills of the advertising agent, if I didn’t choose photography I’d probably be on the billboards advising you to try this product and I think I’d be very convincing!:)
